Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, all PRISE rackets are covered by a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, deliberate damage, improper storage, incorrect use, or neglected maintenance and product care.

How to choose a padel racket?
All factors including shape, balance and weight affect how a racket feels and plays.
It's worth considering your game, playing style and experience level when choosing a racket.
How to care for my racket?
Store your racket in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Avoid leaving it in a hot car or exposed to excessive heat.
After playing, wipe down the racket with a soft, slightly damp cloth and allow it to dry fully before storing. If the racket becomes wet or damp, let it air dry at room temperature rather than leaving it in a closed bag.
What is the racket weight tolerance?
Due to the variation inherent in racket production, the VERO Series racket may vary by up to ±10g from its stated weight.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, contact our support team with clear photos of the damage so we can assist with the carrier claim.
What is the return policy?
Returns can be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.
